We overall enjoyed our stay. The front desk receptionists were always welcoming and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice. We stayed in the suite and the room was spacious and clean. The whirlpool tub was a nice addition and the reason we chose to stay here. There was an awful smell in our room the entire time. It was a strong smell, maybe incense. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. When we came down at 8:30am, there was hardly any food out. We had to ask about replenishing the food. The juices were very watered down and our only option was water to drink. Minus these 2 issues, it was a nice hotel.

Comfort Suites at Virginia Center Commons- The Executive Suite was worth the money spent. Had a weekend stay reserved for an outing with my spouse and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very polite and the whirlpool in the suite was a paid for bonus as it was very relaxing. No issues at all with our room. Would recommend to others.

Stopped here on a long trip back from Pennsylvania to Florida expecting nothing more than a place to lay my head. However, I was delighted by the cleanliness and condition of the hotel, the size and comfort of the rooms and the helpfulness of the front desk. Rooms are very comfortable and the shower is a delight (the walk in kind, not a step over the tub model). I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to others and would certainly stay here again. On top of everything else, the price is VERY reasonable, there are many restaurants nearby and the breakfast is very nice.

The staff was very cold and not welcoming at all (except Kim :D). We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was below average, many times the waffle batter for the self-serve machine wasn't working. Under the table there was a dead roach/bug. The manager sat there, looking at us as if she was mad for staying at her hotel. The rooms were nice, especially the suite. However the pool wasn't the cleanest nor well kept.

Rooms- 4 only because of the short toilets. It was not a "chair" or "standard" height. The beds were fine, not too hard but not super comfy. We stayed in a well priced suite. The couch, chairs, refrigerator, and microwave were nice. The "living room" space was nice and roomy. The breakfast service - not sure what was happening but the breakfast choices were not being replenished. No eggs, no milk, both juices were out and it stayed that way for at least 10 minutes. We didn't starve though :). We won't comment about the clientele since it's not your fault that there were kids running up and down the halls at midnight or that the neighbors gave us a contact buzz even though the sign said no smoking. But it just goes to show how good the rooms were because we could hear the party in the hall but not in our room.
